Made-to-Order Products

All Fetch This products are made to order, specifically for you. As a result:

  • Minor variations in colour, print placement, or finish may occur

  • Products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty, misprinted, or incorrect

We do our best to display products accurately, however final appearance may vary due to screen settings, printing methods, or materials used.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.

If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Refunds

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or style preference.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fetchthis.store, including a clear photo of the issue and your order number.
