Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Fetch This! We’re a small, made-to-order store—every item is created just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect color selection.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fetchthis.store with:
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the item
- Your order number
We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund if eligible. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
We only accept returns for approved issues (defects, misprints, or wrong items). To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Please contact us before sending anything back
If a return is authorized, we’ll provide instructions and the appropriate return address. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please email us at hello@fetchthis.store.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your item, please follow the process above to request a replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color choice
- Sale items or gift cards
