Made to Order

All of our items are made just for you, which means a little extra time is needed to bring them to life.

Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be printed, packed, and shipped. During peak periods (such as holidays or promotions), fulfillment times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Australia: 4–10 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • UK & Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to location, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You’ll see the total before completing your purchase.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please check with neighbours or your local post office first.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once new postage is paid.

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled on our end.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
